So this is my second pair of these leggings however my first pair was from the Chrleisure Official store. They had NO elastic in the waist and they were soooooo big. I ordered a smaller size here. This pair does have elastic in the waist which makes them fit better but now I ordered too small a size. (lol) As pretty as they are, they seem to fluctuate greatly by the vendor.
